MBZ-SAT Lifts Off to Space

UAE marks another milestone in space exploration with the successful launch of MBZ-SAT, the most advanced satellite named in honor of the UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The satellite blasted off last night aboard the Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California in the US.

The launch was witnessed by Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at the Mission Control Centre of MBRSC.
